• What payment methods do you offer?

  We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.

• Do I need any prior knowledge or skills?

  Not at all! Discovery Tab is designed with simplicity in mind, so we have the tools you need to easily build beautiful galleries, customize shortcuts and set advanced preferences. If you ever need guidance, you can contact us by email.

• Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

  Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. To place a refund request, you may do so by:

  • accessing 2Checkout myAccount
  • emailing 2Checkout at refund@2checkout.com
  • calling +31 88 000 0008 (International) or +1 (650) 963-5701 (USA & Canada)

• Can I change my plan later on?

  You can upgrade anytime by accessing 2Checkout myAccount or by contacting Discovery Tab helpdesk at help@discovery-tab.com.
  To downgrade, you may do so by selecting a new plan at the end of your billing cycle.

• Will you renew my subscription automatically?

  If you choose to automatically renew your subscription (and/or choose not to opt out of such service), the credit card or other payment method used at the time of purchase will be charged the then-applicable renewal fee at the end of your initial maintenance period.
  
  Thereafter, the renewal fee will be charged at the start of each subscription period, unless you cancel the automatic subscription renewal prior to the start of the relevant period. You may update your renewal preferences by logging into your 2Checkout myAccount.
  
  Discovery Tab reserves the right to change the subscription renewal prices at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on this Web site or through electronic mail.
